Cancellation Policy: If the Client cancels the Services: - If cancellation occurs a week or more before the scheduled start date of the Services, no charges will apply. - If cancellation occurs between 72 and 48 hours before the scheduled start date of the Services, the Client shall pay a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the total fees set forth in the Proposal. - If cancellation occurs between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled start date of the Services, the Client shall pay a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total fees set forth in the Proposal. - If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled start date of the Services, the Client shall pay a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total fees set forth in the Proposal.
